Job Overview

We are seeking ITI FITTER, TURNER, MACHINIST candidates with less than 1 year of experience to join our team. This is a full-time position with the possibility of contract-to-hire or contract employment. The job location is Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI FITTER , MACHINIST OR TUNER QUALIFICATION
• Knowledge of machine tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Assemble, fit, and install fabricated components and parts using hand and power tools
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
• Document work activities and maintain accurate records
