• Lead full-stack development activities and create comprehensive technical design documentation for the development team. 
• Define and implement industry best practices and processes throughout the software development lifecycle. 
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including design discussions, backlog grooming, and estimations. 
• Provide technical leadership to the development team across solution architecture, POCs, code quality, and timely project delivery. 
• Formulate and implement technical strategies from requirements gathering through to delivery, including technical estimations. 
• Conduct thorough code reviews and offer constructive feedback and alternative approaches to improve code quality and performance. 

Required Experience and Skills: 

• .NET Development: 
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and .NET Core using C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ. 
• Cloud Development – AWS 
• Front-End Development: 
• 1+ years of experience with Angular for single-page application (SPA) development. 
• Architecture & Design: 
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming/Design (OOP/OOD), design patterns, and microservices architecture. 
• Software Development Methodologies: 
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and familiar with traditional Waterfall SDLC practices.
