- We are looking for an Direct Sales Executive to help us find new sales opportunities and handle phone calls for the same. As a Direct Sales Executive you will be calling parents and students from schools and you will be selling Infelearn’s Application Subscription. This role comes with a good growth in the existing e-learning industry. We are offering a good package and incentives as well. What to expect from the role ● Make cold calls regarding inbound and outbound sales. ● Demonstrate Infelearn products to parents and students at their homes. ● Sell Infelearn mobile app subscriptions by calling and travelling to customer’s location. ● Learn on the job regarding how to conduct demos and sales in general. . Roles and Responsibilities ● Sourcing new sales opportunities by making outbound calls, should have a strong phone presence and experience connecting with maximum numbers of customers per day ● Should conduct demos at customer’s residence within city limits needs through consultative talking ● Meet and exceed monthly targets set as per business requirement ● Field work - 50% , Work from office - 50 % ● Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics Desired Candidate Profile ● Any Graduate / Management Trainee ● 0-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Telesales / Academic counselling. ● Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up ● Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality ● Good with English and local language/Basic technical know-how and computer operating skills ● Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
