Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with one to three years of experience to join our full-time team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to enhance our projects and assist in developing compelling visual content. You will work in a dynamic environment, assisting various digital marketing efforts to ensure our clients' brands stand out in the digital landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill) to create, edit, and optimize design elements with precision and creativity.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill) for developing original artwork, logos, and vector illustrations.
• Ability to work with Figma for high-fidelity designs and prototyping to visualize user interfaces.
• Knowledge of Sketch for wireframing and creating interactive and engaging user experiences.
• Experience with InDesign for layout design and ensuring documents are print and digital-ready.
• Understanding of UX/UI Design principles to enhance user satisfaction with a product’s usability and accessibility.
• Capable of using Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics and effects that captivate audiences.
• Competence in Typography to choose typefaces and set the spacing, size, and alignment that suit the character of the content.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for website banners, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop graphic content aligned with branding strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of rough drafts and present ideas for client review and approval.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives and improve project outcomes.
• Communicate with clients to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain brand consistency in all designs across various media formats.
