Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for client requirements. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and job market
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
  • Experience using CRM systems and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for client requirements
  • Maintain a strong bench of qualified candidates to meet ongoing client needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors
  • Negotiate rates and terms with consultants and clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and determine appropriate candidates
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Track and maintain candidate and client information in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize processes and strategies
