Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated BENCH SALES RECRUITER to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a BENCH SALES RECRUITER, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates on contract assignments with our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of various technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Identify, screen, and onboard candidates for contract assignments with clients
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for quick deployment as per client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring their satisfaction and continuous engagement
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them with suitable opportunities
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages and ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate identification to final placement
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and market trends
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively match candidates with client needs
