Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated BENCH SALES RECRUITER to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a BENCH SALES RECRUITER, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates on contract assignments with our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment
- Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of various technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and onboard candidates for contract assignments with clients
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for quick deployment as per client requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring their satisfaction and continuous engagement
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them with suitable opportunities
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate identification to final placement
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and market trends
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively match candidates with client needs
