Sales Executive Responsibilities:

·        Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

·        Researching prospects and generating leads.

·        Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

·        Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

·        Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

·        Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

·        Building and maintaining a CRM database.

·        Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Participating in sales team meetings.

·        To look after a defined territory (HQ & surrounding areas)

·        To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat plan

·        Identify and add new market potential

·        Should be done min. 25-30 calls in a day

·        Competitors update

·        Idetifying new business oportunities in retailer sales and converting them into client

·        Payment collection as per terms agreed with client

·        To demonstrate focused and new articles and collect primary-secondary order

·        To give secondary orders to distributor

·        To keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer Must have good communication skill.

·        Experience in distributor handling

·        Should have experience in field sales

·        Ability to negotiate

·        Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstration

·        Good decision making and fast learner

·        Should be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferred

·        Must have two wheeler with driving license

 

Sales Executive Requirements:

·        Graduate

·        1+ years of sales experience.

·        Excellent customer service and sales skills.

·        Strong verbal and written communicator.

·        Excellent phone and presentation skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

·        Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

·        Salary: 2.10 lac to 3.0 lac

·        Education: Any Graduate           

·        Preferred: Male Candidates Only

·        Experience: 2-7 Years  

·        Driving Licence: Yes
