Responsibilities of a Company Secretary:

  • Experience in handling a BSE/NSE listed Company.
  • Meeting Stock Exchange/SEBI/ROC Compliances.
  • Holding Board and Committee Meetings.
  • Interacting with directors and shareholders.
  • Holding AGMs and other Shareholders meetings.
  • Handling Investors Complaints.
  • Ability to working in a group & good inter-personal skills.   

Requirements :

  • Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.

  • An ability to take initiative.
  • A flexible and practical approach to work.
