Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated SEO Executive Search at the mid-level to join our team in Mohali. This full-time position is ideal for candidates passionate about driving digital growth through specialized SEO strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital content and strategies to consistently improve our clients’ search engine rankings and online visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and strategies to improve website ranking and visibility (Mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in e-commerce SEO for driving targeted traffic and conversions for online stores.
• Comprehensive understanding of on page optimization involving meta tags, content structure, and improving overall site architecture.
• Ability to execute and manage off page optimization activities such as backlink strategies, guest blogging, and digital PR campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced keyword research, competition analysis, and mapping keywords to relevant content for improved ranking.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and related tools to track and analyze website performance and user behavior for actionable insights.
• Familiarity with industry-standard SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent for monitoring, reporting, and strategy refinement.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive on page and off page SEO strategies to enhance the organic search visibility and performance of various client websites.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for ranking and traffic generation.
• Optimize website content, structure, and technical aspects to ensure alignment with current SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
• Monitor, track, and report on key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms to measure ROI and influence decision-making.
• Identify and resolve SEO-related technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and schema implementation.
• Collaborate with web development and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are effectively integrated in all creative deliverables.
• Implement and manage effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority and improve search rankings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments in SEO to maintain cutting-edge practices and competitive advantage.
