Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time, hybrid, or remote position based in Mohali, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, or Ambala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, utilizing creativity and technical skills to produce visually compelling content. The role involves working within dynamic environments, contributing to a team that values innovation, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill), demonstrating the ability to create visual concepts and designs effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill) to develop vector graphics and illustrations with precision and creativity.
• Capable of using InDesign (Mandatory skill) for layout and multi-page document creation, essential for professional publishing projects.
• Hands-on experience with Sketch, essential for designing web and Work with Digital Marketing Team for making the post and handling the social Media .
• Knowledge of Figma for developing interface designs and prototyping in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• A solid understanding of typography, critical for creating compelling and readable text that enhances the overall design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and development team to conceptualize and create visual content that aligns with the company’s branding.
• Develop design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet project deadlines.
• Create original graphic content for various platforms, including digital, print, and web environments.
• Regularly update marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements, to maintain a fresh look.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and communicate intended messages effectively.
