Shift Timings: 6.30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling IT requirements
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, generating offer letters, negotiating and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
• Posting the jobs and sourcing from all major job portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs etc.)
• Responsible to work on contract, permanent and C2H (Contract to Hire) positions
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets

Desired candidate profile should have:

• Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using Boolean Search Strings and online resume database
• Should have experience working with Direct Clients and W2 hiring
• Excellent interpersonal and applicant assessment skills
• Experience in Tax Terms - 1099 / W2 / C2C /1099
• Experience in Visas - OPT, CPT, H1B,TN, EAD, GC & USC
• Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent & Onsite / Remote positions.
• Able to proactively build client and resume database
• Able to proactively build resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements
• Good team player with interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English
• Worked with Monster, Carrier Builder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn and Indeed
