• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role

• Good Communication, aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving

• All QA & QA leadership staff will go through the final round of interview with Client and their TTQ (Train the Quality Analyst) certification will be done by client Quality team.

• Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.

• Rotational Shift/ off

• Ready to work from office
