Job Overview


We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at INDIA INSURE RISK MANAGEMENT & INSURANCE BROKING SERVICES PVT. LTD. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and needs. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar relationship management role with corporate sales exposure.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to understand complex insurance products and policies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Understand SME customers' businesses and insurance needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and customer feedback
