Job Description

Plan and coordinate routes for vehicles, considering factors like distance, traffic, and delivery schedules.

Ensure drivers follow established routes and schedules.

Assign tasks and routes to drivers.

Monitor driver performance, ensuring they follow safety regulations, maintain vehicles, and meet delivery deadlines.

Address driver-related issues and concerns.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with mechanics or maintenance teams.

Schedule routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with regulations.
