Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Station Surveyor to join our construction project team. As a Total Station Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and gathering accurate data to support the planning, design, and construction of various projects. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in surveying, preferably in the construction industry. The job is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India and it is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in working with total station equipment and specialized surveying software.
• In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques and principles.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in surveying.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct precise measurements of distances, angles, elevations, and coordinates using total station equipment.
• Collect and record data necessary for the design, planning, and construction of various projects.
• Create accurate survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software.
• Perform topographic surveys to gather information about the existing conditions of the project site.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in project specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations during surveying operations.
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets related to surveying activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other surveying professionals as needed.
