Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site engineering projects. This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in site engineering. The position is located in Satara, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in site engineering
• Experience in handling trunkey projects and industrial engineering
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all site engineering projects from start to finish
• Ensure that projects are completed within the specified timelines and budget
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and propose solutions
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Supervise and train site engineering staff as necessary
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions

Job Description

1. Execution of projects as per given drawing with the best quality work.

2. Assisting in material procurement.

3. Housekeeping, material management at site.

4. Preparing running bills/JMR/MB in given periods.

5. Prepare COP for the payments of vendors and labours.

6. Detailed drawing reading, estimation, preparation of Boq, MOC.

7. Infrastructure development work, like residential colony ,road work , Rcc structural work , Rcc

drain, industrial structures etc.
