Job Description

Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs for infrastructure projects.

Ensure architectural designs meet functional, environmental, and sustainability goals.

Work with urban planners, engineers, and contractors to integrate design with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.

Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of designs.

Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or BIM software.

Collaborate with civil engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Work closely with government authorities and clients to comply with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and urban planning guidelines.

Conduct meetings with project teams to review designs, materials, and construction methodologies. Ensure the architectural intent is maintained during construction.

Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with architectural plans and specifications.

Provide technical support to project managers and site engineers to resolve design-related issues.Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, fire safety norms, and environmental standards.

Work with legal and municipal authorities for approvals and permits.

Implement green building standards (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA) for sustainable infrastructure.
