Profile - RMHS Incharge (Raw Material Handling System)

Qualification - B.Tech-Mech, EE, EEE, E&I, Graduate, MBA 

Salary - Upto 7 LAC ( including food + accommodation)

Experience - Min. 7+yrs. in RMHS Incharge in metal, foundry, casting industry.

Location - Sesa (Goa)

Role & responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of operators, technicians, and other support staff in the RMHS department. Ensure proper training, development, and performance management of team members. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.

Monitor and optimize the operation of various equipment and systems involved in raw material handling, such as conveyors, crushers, stackers, reclaimers, and dust suppression systems. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize operational costs.

Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of RMHS equipment. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all RMHS operations. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards. Maintain compliance with environmental regulations related to dust control and material handling.

Monitor and manage the inbound and outbound flow of raw materials, including iron ore, coal, and fluxes. Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to coordinate material deliveries and inventory management.

Maintain accurate records of RMHS operations, including production data, equipment performance, and maintenance records. Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement emergency response plans for RMHS operations to handle unforeseen incidents effectively.

Assist in the preparation and management of the RMHS department budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
