 Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable vendors or suppliers who can provide the required goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.

Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable deals and ensure cost-effectiveness for the organization.

Developing procurement plans and strategies based on the organization's needs, budget, and timeline to ensure timely availability of necessary goods and services.

Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock of essential items to meet operational requirements without overstocking or understocking.
