Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning, implementation, and execution. This includes coordinating project teams, setting project goals and objectives, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all stages of project planning, implementation, and execution.
• Set project goals and objectives, and develop project plans and schedules.
• Identify project milestones and key deliverables, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, while meeting quality standards.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project communication and coordination.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, and facilitate team meetings and discussions.
• Track and report project status, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and change requests.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
