Job Overview

We are hiring a Plant Operation General Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our plant in Surat, Gujarat, India. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the plant. This is a full-time position and requires a candidate with more than 10 years of experience in plant operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in plant operations
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of plant management systems and best practices
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Manage and oversee all plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize plant performance
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
