Ensure that all electrical systems and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. This includes electrical safety codes, building codes, and industry-specific standards.

Develop and manage the electrical department's budget, including forecasting expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and controlling costs.

Handle complex electrical problems and troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve issues promptly. This may involve coordinating with other departments or external contractors.
