Profile - Insurance Manager

Qualification - Graduate + Certification in Insurance

Experience - Min 12+ Yrs exp in insurance also should have experience in Infrastructure companies.

Salary- Upto 30 LPA

Location - Vile Parle (Mumbai East)

Job Description:

· To support the Head in the daily processing of insurance-related matters - purchase, renewal, claims, inspection, etc .

· "Visit insurance companies for issuing / collection of project policies:

1.)  Contractor's All Risk Policy (C.A.R.)

2.)  Workmen's Compensation Policy (WC)

3.)  Professional Indemnity Policy (PI)

4.)  Janta Policy (Only for BMC Work) etc. and any other policies required for projects and by the company"

· Arranging and renewing vehicle insurance for all Vehicles & Machinery at HO & Sites.

· Arranging and renewing the Fire Insurance policies for HO, Site Offices & equipment.

· Insurance related to employees' benefits.

· Raise insurance claims on behalf of infrastructure.

· Ensure fast processing of insurance claims and timely disbursement.

· Support project site and user department to ensure all required documents for claim processing are arranged and are accurate.

· Life Insurance policies of Directors, employees etc.

· Documentation of all related correspondences, maintained in both electronic & physical form

· Maintaining Complete MIS of Insurance.

· Ensuring all the policies for which premium is paid, is given to Accounts Department for Accounting & GST purposes.

· Creating awareness of Insurance.
