Experience - Min. 5+ yrs in foundry industry ( minimum 2 years experience in centrifugal casting foundries.)

Location - Rajkot , Guj.

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily foundry operations to meet production targets.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Monitor melting, casting, molding, and finishing processes for efficiency.

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Will be responsible for production and QC of foundry process.

 Assisting in new casting techniques and materials as per customer requirements.

 Collect data of daily production and enter it into MIS.

 Assist in preventive / corrective maintenance of foundry equipment.

Ensure the quality of castings meets customer and industry standards.

Conduct metallurgical testing, chemical analysis, and dimensional inspections.

Identify defects such as porosity, shrinkage, or inclusions and implement corrective actionsSupervise the maintenance and servicing of furnaces, molds, and other foundry equipment.

Ensure proper functioning of melting furnaces, sand mixers, core-making machines, etc.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
