Job Description

Good experience on working remotely with global customers.

 Research and produce scope deliverables.

 Develop and manage proposal budgets and timelines.

 Undertake project conceptualisation, identifying the key requirements for developing the proposal.

 Identify risks and include appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency in the proposal.

 Plan and manage the quality of deliverables.

 Accurately estimate the cost and duration of the solution identifying reduced cost methods to

deliver outcomes.

 Develop high quality proposals that meet the customer’s requirements.

 Develop proposals that adhere to or exclude contract conditions.

 Manage internal proposal review and approval process.

 Proposals are submitted on time.

 Adhere to project and estimation processes.

 Maintain effective relationships with customers.

Takes responsibility for their performance and actions improvement plans.

 Makes constructive efforts to change and improve based on feedback from others.

 Displays passion and energy for what they do.

 Is approachable and friendly.

 Plans and manages own time effectively, working productivity with minimal supervision.

 Adapts to changes in environment, work demands and priorities, working effectively with a variety
