Job Description

Supervise the installation of panel systems at project sites.

Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and connections during panel assembly.Inspect materials, panels, and finished products for defects or discrepancies.

Ensure manufacturing processes align with quality standards and customer requirements.Manage on-site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

Monitor labor, equipment, and resources to meet project deadlines.Provide technical guidance to installation teams.

Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues related to panel systems.Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Ensure site documentation, including drawings and specifications, is updated and followed. Maintain site progress reports, material usage logs, and quality inspection records.

Communicate project updates to management and clients.
