Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at DCS Group. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. The job is based in Kapadvanj, Gujarat, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to the management team
• Provide technical guidance to the construction team
• Review and approve design and construction drawings
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
