Job Description

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency.

Implement company policies and procedures.

Manage staff schedules, workload Ensure the branch operates in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Maintain security and safety standards within the branch. distribution, and productivity.

Set and achieve branch sales targets.

Develop business strategies to attract new customers.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction Hire, train, and supervise employees.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Motivate and mentor staff to achieve individual and team goals. Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost control.

Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements.

Ensure proper cash flow management and budgeting. Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
