Experience - For Diploma - Min. 8+ yrs. in steel industry , steel pipes manufacturing industry

Job Description

Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules to meet targets.

Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure raw material availability and coordinate with procurement teams.

Address bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow.Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, ASTM, API, etc.) for steel products.

Collaborate with the Quality team to minimize defects and rework.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues

Work with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.

Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Ensure proper documentation of equipment performance and breakdowns.Enforce workplace safety protocols as per OSHA and ISO 45001 standards.

Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Promote a culture of safety and risk management among employees.
