Profile - Accountant

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com

Experience - Min. 2+ yrs as a Accountant (must knowledge of TALLY , ERP and TAXES )

Salary- Upto 22 k

Location - Jaipur 

Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Generate GST-compliant invoices using Tally.

Maintain HSN/SAC codes and tax rates in the system.

File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) using data from Tally.

Calculate and record TDS, prepare TDS returns and challans.

Perform bank reconciliations using Tally’s bank reconciliation module.

Generate payroll using Tally Payroll module.

Calculate salary components like basic, HRA, bonus, deductions, PF, and ESI.

Maintain employee-wise salary records and payslips.Match and verify all transactions and correct mismatches.
