Profile - Accountant 

Qualification - B.Com / M.com/ MBA

Salary - Upto 3 LPA

Experience - Min. 5+yrs in construction industry (knowledge of Tally , ERP , SAP and TAXES )

Location - Noida

Job Description

Maintain and update general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Generate project-specific financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability. Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.

Monitor budget variances and provide insights to project managers for corrective action.

Assist in forecasting future expenses and revenues for ongoing and upcoming projects.Track project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor payments.

Ensure all project expenditures align with the approved budget.

Analyze cost data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on contract terms and project milestones.

Ensure timely collection of payments and manage retention amounts.

Reconcile project revenues and costs to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
