Qualification- M.Tech / B.Tech- E&I, EEE, EE, EC
Salary- Upto 16 Lac CTC
Experience- 8+ years relevant and verifiable experience working in an electrical engineering design, leadership, management, installation and commissioning role.

Job Description
• Holds an appropriate Engineering Degree or has a minimum of 8-13 years relevant and verifiable experience working in an electrical engineering design, leadership, management, installation and commissioning role.
• Verifiable experience working in a project environment. Holds or is working towards a Diploma of Project Management
• Verifiable knowledge of systems engineering principles and practice.
• Collectively own the design of systems engineering methodologies at company with fellow Principal Engineers.
• Be responsible for sign off on technical outcomes of all projects within portfolio.
• Serve as the first point of contact for system design, design verification, audits, and process improvements for internal and external clients.
• Serve as first point of contact/technical solution expert at high level client meetings with General,Business Development & Project Delivery Manager
• Serve as expert point of contact for verification of Technical Execution Practice (TEP)
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and other company departments in providing solutions for clients.
• Maps requirements to the scope of the project, escalating items that are out of scope.
• Competently designs complex technical solutions.
• Manage to the scope, commercial and contractual terms of the project.
• Maintain an accurate forecast of project costs for all assigned projects.
• Accurately estimates costs required to deliver a project.
• Recommends the target margin and seeks approval.
• Report to management the status of projects and how risks are being managed.
• Accepts accountability and responsibility for their work.
• Effectively communicates thoughts and expresses ideas in individual or group situations.
• Conveys complex material in an easily understood manner both verbally and in writing.
• Adapts to changes in environment, work demands and priorities, working effectively with a variety of situations and people.

• Monitors the teams progress to the scope and reports to the project manager.
• Regularly monitors progress and ensures the required outcomes are being achieved.
• Monitors and ensures project deliverables meet the stakeholder requirements.
• Understands the problem to be solved and evaluates design alternatives.
• Considers potential environmental and safety impacts.
• Creates clear specifications to communicate the design to the customer and project team.
• Discusses and agrees the quality expectations and criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinates development of a quality plan to ensure the solution works meet the customer & contractual requirements & adheres to the design.
• Ensures detailed testing is conducted in alignment with the quality plan.
• Identifies major phases, milestones and appropriate review points.
• Develops task list, work breakdown structure and critical path with project team members.
• Coordinates resource availability during development and management of schedule.
• Regularly updates the schedule with actuals and estimates to complete.
• Analyses the requirements, design and project constraints to determine technical risks and actions appropriate risk mitigation plans.
• Continuously identifies new technical risks, reassesses risks and mitigation actions throughout the life of the project.
• Identifies and reports health, safety and environmental hazards and implements corrective actions.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Builds rapport and trust with the customer by demonstrating a genuine care for their needs, a high level of capability.
• Deals with customer issues quickly, getting assistance from the right people.
