*Job Description*

• In-process Quality Control of M/C Shop.

• Handle manpower & monitoring of inspection time according to time study.

• Analyse daily In-house rejection and find out the Root Cause of the problem to reduce In-house rejection by using quality tools.

• Knowledge of NPD Costing and New Product development

• Process inspection at vendor end and at factory Premises using all kinds of measuring instruments.

• Participate in daily rejection meeting and support to decide actions.

• To prepare Work Instruction, Quality Alerts, Standard Operating Procedure.

• Daily red bin analysis for in-process, final, customers end rejection and take Corrective actions. Joint Inspection with customer for final approval of machine components.

• Internal PPM reduction activity through internal 8D report (as per procedure) and 4M improvement plan. Plan, arrange and undertake Process Audit Product audit and SPC as per plan.

• Responsible for all dispatch production components.

• Manpower handling and deployment at their respective place

• Responsible for Calibrations of all Measuring Instruments & Gauges.

• Checking the quality of the product as per customer requirements.

• Attend customer complaints & record and take preventive action.

• Maintaining 5S, kaizen and poke yoke.

• Maintaining Heat treatment distortion study & 9 point study records.
