Qualification - MBA 

Salary- Upto 50 Lacs CTC 

Age:- Not more than 50 yrs (Must)

Experience - 12 to 20 Years in Corporate Affairs.

Location- Gujrat

Bring in and ensure unification, synergy, consolidation, quality, and consistency across various processes, policies, culture, internal systems and external market forces in the state of Gujarat with Ideal Companies.

Role Purpose

Bring in and ensure unification, synergy, consolidation, quality, and consistency across various processes, policies, culture, internal systems and external market forces in the state of Gujarat with respect to the Corporate Affairs function.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement at site including district administration and communities in cooperation with PR, Admin, land, Environment, safety and security team for Projects.

Ability to work in close coordination for Projects with PR, CSR and security team with a proactive approach to ensure incident free operations, effective engagement and resolution of all site specific topics.

Responsible for engagement with Stakeholders and authorities including.

Central & State compliances like environment clearances, CTE, CTO, EC etc. in relation to MOEF/SPCB/ /District authorities/IDCO/Statutory compliance/Regulatory authorities.

Should have knowledge on Regulations on land and green belt development compliance as per MOEF regulations during projects.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with GoG machinery.

Responsible for maintaining strategic business partnerships with government agencies, professional associations, investors and suppliers.

Investigate the market and identify opportunities for expanding reach.
