Job Title: US Mortgage Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Mortgage Specialist to manage end-to-end mortgage processes, including loan origination, underwriting, and compliance. The role involves evaluating loan applications, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with mortgage applications and document collection.
- Review loan files for accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth processing.
- Prepare files for closing and resolve borrower inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 1 Year of experience in any International Process.
- Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines.
- Proficiency in mortgage software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred: MLO license or related certification.
