Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

1.     Perform all aspects of property preservation

2.     Auditing

3.     Analyzing Data & Conducting Data.

4.     Reports to Team Lead/ Assistant Operations Manager

5.     Perform inspections on properties for damage or defects

6.     Review construction documents.

Skills required:

1.     Good Command over Spoken & Written English – Candidate should have ideally done schooling from a Convent education or should have completed primary education with English as a major language

2.     Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and the Internet – Candidate would need to demonstrate skills during operational interview
