Position Overview: Are you a recent graduate with a commerce background, eager to dive into the world of finance? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We’re looking for a motivated Payroll Executive Trainee to kickstart their career in finance with us. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing and financial management within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.

Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to support financial and operational decision-making.

Support: Provide administrative support for payroll-related inquiries and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues.

Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new software.
