Recruitment Experience -

·        Experience in End to End Recruitment

·        Experience in Client Handling and Vendor Management for sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.

·        Experience in Both Recruitment and Vendor Management.

·        Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linkedin)

·        Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

·        Knowledge of IT Technology

·        Maintain positive professional relationships with clients

·        Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.
