Job Overview


We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at IMPOS Global. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with onboarding and conducting interviews
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Knowledge of performance management principles
  • Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork
  • Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances and conducting investigations as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support in performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and facilitating goal setting
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files and managing time and attendance records

Fluent English Communications Skills Mandatory.

Job Type - Work from Office (Compulsory).

UK shift Timings - 2:45 PM to 12:00 AM

Notice Period – 15 Days
