Role Overview and Job Description – 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager - Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the target companies. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.


Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and analysis.

Forecast sales trends and contribute to the development of business plans.


Market Intelligence:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.


Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.


Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven track record of successful sales in B2B segment
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
