Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide exceptional assistance to customers by resolving technical issues, ensuring platform integrity, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Resolve customer queries while adhering to SLAs.
  • Document issues in the ticketing system accurately.
  • Perform basic HTML and SQL tasks within defined scope.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and tools.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with browsers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, SQL, and APIs (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer applications.

Experience:

  • 0–1 year in technical support or service desk.
  • Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
