Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time Proctor/Invigilator to monitor and uphold the integrity of in-person

exams and assessments. The role involves verifying test takers' identities, observing their

activities during the exam, addressing any technical issues, and providing excellent customer

service to ensure a smooth testing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor live exams and ensure test integrity

● Verify identities of test takers and follow protocols

● Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during exams

● Offer timely assistance and customer service to exam participants

● Maintain confidentiality and follow exam guidelines strictly

● Prepare reports of any incidents or irregularities during the exam

Qualifications:

● Experience in proctoring or monitoring exams is a plus

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Excellent customer service and troubleshooting abilities

● Detail-oriented and ability to strictly follow protocols

● Proficiency in using technology for online assessments

● Ability to work independently in an office environment

● Experience in online education or assessments is advantageous

● Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
