As a Community Specialist, you will deliver exceptional customer service, engage with communities to promote sustainable energy solutions, and assist with the PM Solar Home Free Electricity Program. This position requires local visits to assist households with the application process and provide follow-up support.

Key Responsibilities:

🌱 Conduct outreach to raise awareness of solar energy benefits

🏠 Provide guidance on solar installations and complete site assessments

📋 Assist households with application documentation

📊 Gather data on outreach outcomes and provide regular updates

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Uttar Pradesh residents (work in own district!)

✅ Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✅ Proficiency in English and Hindi

✅ Good convincing power to engage and inform communities
