Job Overview
ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners, a leading Education Management company, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. The internship is based in Surat, Gujarat, India and can be done remotely. As an intern, you will be exposed to various HR processes and will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to different HR initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience or knowledge in HR will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, creating employee profiles, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
- Help in conducting employee engagement activities, such as surveys and events.
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
