Job Overview

As an HR intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our tasks, coordinating team’s

day-to-day hiring, including administrative interviews, maintaining employee records, and

preparing reports.

recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation skills
• Passion for HR and learning
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist HR team in recruitment processes
• Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Manage and update HR databases and employee records
• Help in organizing HR events and training programs
• Provide administrative support to HR managers
• Working proactively with other team members
• Carrying the flow process of recruitment
• Provide at least 2 hours each day (6 days a week) for the tasks given.
