Job Overview

The Zonal Sales Manager at Illusion Dental Laboratory is a senior-level, full-time position based in Delhi. The role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in sales. As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing a sales territory, and driving business development efforts in the region to achieve organizational goals and objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering results within a specific territory is essential for success in this role.
  • Extensive experience in sales strategy with a clear understanding of how to develop and execute successful sales plans (Mandatory skill).

  • Demonstrated skills in business development for expanding market reach and building strong client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team leadership abilities to inspire and motivate sales teams to exceed targets and performance expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base in the assigned region.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasting and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns that drive demand for the company’s products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to develop long-term business partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including competitor activities and client feedback, to refine sales strategies and techniques continuously.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of integrity and customer-centric service.
