Job Overview

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of storage and supplies in our Mumbai Suburban location. This full-time, mid-level position demands a candidate with up to 6 years of experience in stock management and related duties, pivotal to maintaining our standard of excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management, with expertise in tracking and organizing stock. (Mandatory skill)
• Skilled in handling inward and outward logistics, ensuring timely and accurate flow of materials. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in stock management, with the ability to maintain optimal inventory levels. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively, negotiating terms and ensuring quality supply.
• Experience in generating and verifying goods receipt notes (GRN) for incoming shipments.
• Proficient in creating and managing purchase orders (PO) to streamline procurement processes.
• Adept at communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage store operations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient management of stock and supplies.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate the inward and outward flow of goods, ensuring timely and accurate stock movements.
• Handle vendor interactions, addressing issues and negotiating terms to optimize supply quality.
• Prepare and process goods receipt notes for all received products, ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Create, review, and manage purchase orders to maintain a smooth procurement process.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure inventory aligns with demand and usage patterns.
