We are seeking a dedicated Store Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Boisar. The ideal candidate will oversee essential store operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This role requires proficiency in stock management, inventory oversight, and vendor interactions to support the lab’s operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in stock management techniques is essential for maintaining inventory integrity (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge in inward & outward processes is critical for seamless logistics and supply management.
• Experience in inventory management is necessary for ensuring accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
• Previous experience as a store supervisor is required to effectively lead and manage store activities.
• Competence in store management practices to ensure operational efficiency and organization.
• Vendor management skills are important for developing and maintaining good supplier relationships.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate clear, effective interactions with team members and suppliers.
• Attention to detail is vital in overseeing the accuracy of inventory and order processing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire store operation ensuring smooth execution of all processes.
• Handle stock management including monitoring, ordering, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Coordinate inward and outward logistics for timely and accurate goods movement.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records, ensuring minimum discrepancies.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure materials are supplied on time and meet quality standards.
• Supervise store workers to ensure adherence to company policies and efficient store service.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory levels and report findings to management.
• Implement best practices in inventory handling to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
