Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level State Head to join our team in Bhopal on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring between 7 to 10 years of experience to lead our state operations effectively. The role demands a strong emphasis on people management, alongside strategic planning and territory management to drive the company's success in the region.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
• Strong strategic planning abilities to develop and implement effective state-level initiatives.
• Exceptional skills in territory management to maximize market penetration and growth.
• Proficiency in leading diverse teams, with demonstrated expertise in people management (Mandatory skill).
