Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external training partners and consultants.

Learning & Development Strategy

• Design and implement an enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with organisational vision and future capabilities.
• Establish and evolve corporate learning academies or learning frameworks
• Integrate learning with performance and succession planning processes.

Competency Mapping & Development

• Develop, implement, and update competency frameworks.
• Design role-based learning paths mapped to individual development plans (IDPs) and organizational needs.

Digital Learning & Platforms

• Lead digital transformation in learning through implementation of LMS, e-learning modules, mobile learning, and gamification.
• Track and analyze digital learning effectiveness through engagement metrics and completion rates.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Execution

• Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) in consultation with business heads and HRBPs.
• Develop annual training calendars and deliver programs using blended learning methods.

Content Development & Facilitation

• Lead in-house content creation for technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
• Facilitate workshops on communication, personal accountability, teamwork, and cultural alignment.

Learning Analytics & ROI

• Provide insights and dashboards to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field (XLRI, TISS, or equivalent preferred)
• Preferred Certifications in L&D, Coaching, Psychometric, TTT, NLP (as applicable)

Experience:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development
• Experience working across diverse industries such as Pharma, Retail, and Services preferred.
• Exposure to international or cross-cultural training environments is an advantage.
